Dear Kathy,
On behalf of the Board of Commissioners and myself, I wish to extend to you a "WELL DONE" in assisting the District with the purchase of the site of our, soon to be constructed, new fire station in the Deer Park Commercial Center.
Based on the fee charged, you probably were lucky to earn minimum wage. You put in many hours inspecting potential sites, research, and many revisions to various sales agreements. While the proposed site changed and we encountered many roadblocks, your professional attitude and patience was very much appreciated. Despite the many frustrations caused by outside influences beyond your control, you managed to keep a positive attitude and provided much needed assistance when needed. You kept everything on track and made the purchase negotiations, and closing as smooth as possible with everybody involved feeling good about the process and the purchase.
